So I used to draw all of the time. I started when I was thirteen after I saw the movie Titanic, and went on from there. I never took any classes besides the ones in high school that were mandatory, and it pretty much shows. Although I get better with each piece I finish, taking a few years' break from sketching can take a dramatic toll on one's "craft", if I can even call it that.Being surrounded by art majors and tattoo artists who have been professionally trained in these areas surely doesn't help my drive either. I want to draw and create in my free time, but with school and work, I feel like it's impossible to get up to my friends' standards. It should make my drive harder. It should make me want to succeed and reach for the sky. So I drew this... my first sketch in years. It's not the greatest, but it's better than I expected. I just need to keep up with it and expand my horizons by drawing new and original things. Wish me luck and expect more....
